Our traditional background gives us the flexibility to develop a hand drawn design.
We encourage our client's to send their artwork in a vector format, either
eps or ai, and to size.
Then we take into consideration the fabric type and design to ensure that the print process we use produces the best result.
The next step is to develop a screen for the printing, each colour in the design requires a screen - this process is called screen origination.
Screen origination costs depend on the size of the artwork and
the number of colours to be printed.
We will then quote for the print work, and request a deposit.
Once the colours are mixed, and the
screens are ready, we print a sample for the client to approve.
Water based inks offer a range of fabulous colours to suit every client.
We like to work
with pantone codes for easier and more accurate colour matching.
Hand screen printing with water based inks works best on natural fibres.
We offer flexible
print runs, and individual attention to each of our clients.
